Thanks for sending your kids on this event. We had a fun time baking cookies and eating them as well with milk. Special thanks to our co-leaders for bringing many items from home and helping the girls make cookies and to Grace, Huma and Hiba for bringing the ovens. Also, a great big thanks to our parent-helper Mona for skilfully operating those ovens.
Because the girls were more interested in eating rather than selling cookies, we've downed the target to 8 cookies (i.e. $8/- ) from 10. Everyone should have received 8 cookies with 8 plastic bags, a worksheet, recipe and an envelope for money. Please let me know if someone has not received any item. The girls have to sell the cookies for $1/- each and bring the money back by the next meeting in order to earn a badge. Girls who sell more than $8 will get a prize worth the extra amout. We'll donate half of the money to feed my startving children in April. Our first cookie sale was by Hira. She sold her cookie to her sister at the Al Huda Academy.
PLEASE NOTE: These are not Girl Scout cookies so they should not be sold as those.

Regular school if they allow

Parents' offices
Farmer's market
Others
Hope the girls are excited about selling the cookies.
